2020women is a not-for-profit Association incorporated in New South Wales under the Associations Incorporation Act, 1984.  

The model rules for incorporated associations have been adopted as the rules of the Association.

2020women's Directors are members of the Committee of the Association established to control and manage the affairs of 2020women.  This Committee consists of the office-bearers of the Association (president, vice-president, treasurer and secretary) and three ordinary members.  

The members of the Committee are elected at the annual general meetings of the Association under rule 15 of the rules of the Association.

The Committee meets three times each year.
